

Augmented Reality
Augmented reality (AR) has become an increasingly popular marketing tool, providing businesses with a unique and immersive way to engage customers. It allows businesses to create virtual experiences that enable customers to visualise products, and engage in interactive ads. AR provides customers with a memorable experience that traditional marketing methods cannot replicate. It has the potential to transform how businesses market their products and services by providing customers with engaging and memorable experiences that drive brand awareness and increase sales.

In my experience, I have created AR giveaways that have wowed audiences at events, particularly during keynote speeches. For example, I created a giveaway kit that allowed delegates to scan a box with their phones, which transformed into a runway with a landing plane and messages appeared next to the plane as it landed. Additionally, the kit included a lanyard badge with an AR marker that played a video when scanned. At a tradeshow, I also used AR to engage visitors by allowing them to scan markers for more information and watch videos. These experiences have proven to be effective in creating a wow factor and promoting engagement with the brand and event.
