MBS x Career Fair 2025

Marina Bay Sands’ career fair was reimagined into a spatial experience built around the theme “We Take You Above Beyond”. Held at Sands Expo and Convention Centre, the design moved away from conventional recruitment setups, creating a more engaging environment that invites exploration and meaningful interaction.

A palette of warm neutrals paired with gold accents set a refined yet welcoming tone. Custom built elements formed more intimate zones for conversations, allowing connections to happen naturally. Curved forms and organic lines guided movement through the space, while fluted details introduced texture and depth. The overall experience reflects a more elevated approach to recruitment, aligning with the brand’s position in luxury hospitality.
