The planning began with an on site visit to identify publicity opportunities across airports, hotels and ballrooms, while developing engaging activities for delegates. Back in Singapore, we crafted an umbrella theme that merged local culture and landmarks with featured technology, ensuring a cohesive experience across all touchpoints. The scope included key visual development, registration website UI and UX design, and the design of more than 60 showcase booths. Close coordination with local builders was essential to navigate venue constraints. The event achieved a 95 percent satisfaction rate, securing repeat appointments and an 11 year tenure as creative agency.
